I guide high-achieving women through one of life’s most important transitions – 
the moment when success on the outside no longer feels fulfilling on the inside.

When the body starts to speak

Over time, chronic stress began to show itself through physical pain, exhaustion and a growing sense of emptiness.

I was functioning – but not truly living.

This was not a breakdown.
 It was a message.

Always strong. Always capable. Always there for others.

For most of my life, I was always there for everyone else – but rarely for myself.

I was driven, responsible and high-performing. I knew how to push forward, take control and deliver results. From the outside, I was successful. On the inside, something felt disconnected.

Like many of the women I work with today, I lived from my head rather than from my inner truth.

The path back to myself

My journey home began through the body.

Yoga became my first doorway – not as performance, but as listening. What started as pain relief slowly turned into a deeper understanding of how the body, emotions, energy and soul are deeply connected.

For more than 25 years, yoga has been my foundation. Over time, this path expanded into ayurveda, emotional therapy, EFT-Tapping and holistic coaching – always grounded in lived experience rather than theory.

From pushing to alignment

Through my own process, I healed exhaustion, hormonal imbalance and menopausal challenges naturally – without medication or hormones.

I learned to move from constant effort to flow.
 From control to trust.
From survival to vitality.

True strength, I discovered, is not created by force.
 Vitality is created through alignment.

Choosing a different way of living

At one point, I chose to step off the career treadmill completely and commit to a life aligned with my values – even when that meant uncertainty, financial fear and starting over.

I later moved far from the city, closer to nature, choosing a slower pace, deeper healing and a stronger connection to my inner voice and wisdom.

This was not an escape from life.
 It was a return to it.

Midlife is not the beginning of decline.
 It is the beginning of truth.

This stage of life invites you to question who you are beyond roles, expectations and performance. It asks you to choose yourself – often for the first time.

I work with mature women because this is where wisdom, courage and deep transformation meet.

This is not a crisis to fix. 
It is a threshold to cross.

EFT-Tapping is one of the most effective tools I use to regulate the nervous system and support emotional healing.

Through gentle tapping, you help the body move out of stress and fight-or-flight mode, sending clear signals of safety and calm. This allows tension to release and balance to return – both emotionally and physically.

In my work, yoga is always adapted to what you feel and need in the moment.
