What is EFT-Tapping?

EFT-Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple yet highly effective method that combines ancient acupressure principles with modern psychology.

By gently tapping specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a feeling, thought or situation, you help the nervous system shift from stress to safety.

When the body feels safe:

  • cortisol levels decrease

  • emotional intensity softens

  • clarity returns

  • resilience increases

It is not about suppressing emotions. It is about processing them.

Why Tapping is especially powerful in midlife

As we age, unprocessed emotions, old beliefs and stress patterns often surface.

My personal journey with tapping

I began tapping in August 2023. At the time, I had largely recovered from long-term exhaustion — yet I still experienced energy dips and periods of scarcity thinking, low confidence and subtle self-doubt.

Within weeks of consistent morning tapping, something shifted. My mindset moved from lack to possibility. Optimism returned. I began to recognize myself again. After a few months, both my partner and I noticed something remarkable: the days of low energy were gone.

The only thing I had changed was integrating EFT-Tapping into my daily life.

Since then, tapping has supported me in:

  • deep emotional healing

  • inner child work

  • releasing money blockages

  • restoring stable energy

  • improving sleep

  • strengthening confidence

  • regaining mental clarity and focus

  • feeling grounded, joyful and present

In February 2024, I became a certified Overflow EFT-Tapping Therapist.

Today, tapping is one of the most powerful tools I use — both personally and professionally.

What is Overflow Tapping?

In addition to the traditional tapping points, we include a lower rib point connected to releasing stored emotions — particularly from the liver — supporting deeper emotional flow and regulation.
